3.1. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging, shipping, and insurance fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to protect against loss or damage during transit.

3.2. Damaged Returns: If a returned product is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process the refund.

4. Inspection and Refund
